Litigation
Reagen Kulseth is an experienced litigator. She was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney’s Office from 1992 through 2004. While serving as a state's attorney, Reagen handled a wide variety of cases, including those involving violent crimes, gangs, vehicular offenses, drug possessions and sales, homicides, and felony domestic violence. In 2005, Reagen left public service and entered private practice. She has been a family law litigator ever since.
Independent Family Law Mediator
Reagen is an experienced family law mediator who helps parties come to agreement without going to court. In these kinds of cases, Reagen is not retained to represent one party over the other, but rather to help both parties negotiate a mutually beneficial resolution of their issues. Mediation encourages cooperative problem solving and avoids the costs associated with each party having their own lawyer.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Family law matters are often complex, emotionally charged cases involving children or a disadvantaged spouse. While litigation may be necessary in some cases, it should never be the goal of a family law case. The true objective is to obtain a fair, just, and timely result outside of a courtroom. Reagen is a compassionate, but tenacious attorney who has negotiated hundreds of cases to settlement thereby avoiding costly hearings or trials for her clients.
